Guided Mountain Bike Trips

We understand that getting everything together can be quite the task and takes more time than some of us have. Let us take the hassle out of planning and organizing the trip! Choose from a fully custom or pre-designed trip. We provide the guide, the lodging accommodations, the expert riding instructions, bike, helmet, transportation, and meal planning & preparation.

We offer the following trips with our fleet of mountain bikes (ALL trips can be fully customized and can apply a location that fits your interest even if it isn’t listed);All Day Private Party, Weekend Warrior Adventure, OZ Trails.


“All Day” Private Party trips

All trips are considered “ALL-DAY” private party trips where you and your friends will get the following to use for your trip that day:

  • Professional MTB Guide 6:1 ratio
  • High-end Specialized MTB Sized and fitted for your height and weight
  • Helmet
  • MTB riding basics and safety
  • Trail Snacks (energy bars, gels, candy bars)
  • Water/Sports drink/After-ride beverages
  • Transportation can be provided for an extra 20$/group

During checkout please let Guided Path Adventures know how long that you would like to ride prior so that we can plan accordingly. Our trips typically have at least 2 – 4 hour of saddle time with your guide. We ride as little as 1 mile up to 30 miles for these trips; all depending on experience and fitness. *Don’t forget comfortable clothing and shoes that can get dirty*

Our All Day trips have a wide variety of locations to choose from.  We have broken them down into centralized areas and by skill levels.

St Louis Area:
  • Castlewood State Park: Beginner/Intermediate
  • Greensfelder Park: Intermediate/Advanced
  • Bluff View: Intermediate
St. Charles Area:
  • Lost Valley: Intermediate
  • Indian Camp Creek: Beginner/Intermediate
  • Matson Hill: Intermediate/Advanced
Illinois:
  • SIUE Trails: Beginner
  • Silver Lake: Beginner/Intermediate

During checkout please choose your location of choice.  As GPA transitions you through the planning process we may adjust location after determining skill and fitness levels.


Weekend Warrior Adventure Trip:

All trips are considered “Weekend” or “2-day” private party trips where you and your friends will get the following for your trip:

  • Professional MTB Guide 6:1 ratio
  • High-end Specialized MTB Sized and fitted for your height and weight
  • Helmet
  • MTB riding basics and safety
  • Trail Snacks (energy bars, gels, candy bars)
  • Water/Sports drink/After-ride beverages
  • Transportation (Riders meet @GPA Headquarters or if on the way to trail we can pick you up)
  • Camping gear (tent/hammock and sleeping bag)

Weekend trips depart at 8 am on Saturday (or the first morning if not a weekend trip) and we will have you back home Sunday no later than 5 pm. Distances vary depending on rider’s skill level and ability but we will accommodate for all even its your first time riding or you want to bring your kiddos (we are out here to smile and have fun, not train for the tour de’ france) *Don’t forget comfortable clothing and shoes that can get dirty*

  • Berryman: Intermediate/Advanced
  • Council Bluff: Intermediate
  • Shawnee National Forrest: Intermediate/Advanced

OZ Trails Trip (Northwest Arkansas):

The “OZ Trip” …..well, it’s just epic! NW Arkansas is just under 5 hours from the St Louis area and we promise the drive is worth it. This is a “2-day” trip that includes all the following:

  • Professional MTB Guide 6:1 ratio
  • High-end Specialized MTB Sized and fitted for your height and weight
  • Helmet
  • MTB riding basics and safety
  • Trail Snacks (energy bars, gels, candy bars)
  • Water/Sports drink/After-ride beverages
  • Transportation (Riders meet @GPA Headquarters or if on the way to trail we can pick you up)
  • Camping gear (tent/hammock and sleeping bag)

The OZ Trip” departs at 6 am on Saturday and we will have you back home Sunday no later than 5 pm. Distances vary depending on rider’s skill level and ability but we will accommodate for all even its your first time riding or you want to bring your kiddos (we are out here to smile and have fun, not train for the tour de’ france). If your calendar opens and you would like to spend longer than 2 days on the trails you can do just that for ONLY 100$ for ea. additional day!* Don’t forget comfortable clothing and shoes that can get dirty.
